Our cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests help your care team evaluate heart and lung function with accuracy and clarity.
Our cardiac monitoring options provide continuous rhythm recording to help identify abnormal heart activity. Holter Monitor: A small device records heart rhythm continuously for 1–15 days, depending on the provider’s recommendation. Electrodes are placed on the chest, and results are interpreted by a physician. Event Monitor: Worn for up to 30 days, this device records abnormal rhythm events. Electrodes and a small battery-operated recorder allow your care team to capture irregular activity when it occurs.
This ultrasound-based test shows how your heart looks and functions at rest. A sonographer uses a handheld transducer to create detailed images that help your provider assess heart structure and motion.
This stress test evaluates how your heart responds to increased activity. Exercise intensity gradually increases while your heart rhythm, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and symptoms are monitored. A physician interprets the results to guide next steps.
This test combines treadmill activity with ultrasound imaging before, during, and after exercise. It helps evaluate heart function and exercise capacity while monitoring heart rhythm, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and symptoms.
This test uses a small amount of nuclear tracer to compare blood flow to the heart during rest and exercise. Images help identify areas of reduced circulation or possible damage. The stress portion is completed on a treadmill or with Lexiscan for patients unable to exercise. Lexiscan increases blood flow to mimic peak exercise.

Our cardiac rehabilitation program offers medically supervised exercise and education to support healing after a cardiac event or procedure.
Phase I: In-hospital monitored activity helps patients safely begin moving shortly after treatment.
Phase II: Outpatient rehab includes monitored exercise with heart rate, blood pressure, and EKG tracking. Patients are often referred after a heart attack, stent placement, valve repair or replacement, bypass surgery, stable angina, or heart transplant.
This supervised program helps patients manage chronic lung conditions and improve stamina and breathing. Each session includes monitored exercise and education to support daily function. Patients are often referred for COPD, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, or after lung transplant.
PAD rehabilitation focuses on improving leg circulation and reducing exercise-related pain. Through guided walking and monitored exercise, patients work toward increasing endurance, improving mobility, and slowing disease progression.

A one-on-one counseling and education program for patients who use cigarettes, e-cigarettes, snuff, or chew. Guided by an exercise physiologist trained by the American Lung Association, the program helps patients understand nicotine dependence and build strategies for quitting.
Education is provided throughout testing and rehabilitation to help patients better understand their condition, treatment goals, and everyday strategies for improving health. Information is explained clearly and supportively to encourage long-term success.
A personalized exercise assessment and plan designed for patients managing chronic conditions or working to reduce health risks. An exercise physiologist evaluates vitals and functional capacity and provides safe activity recommendations with follow-up sessions as needed.
All programs take place in a supervised clinical environment with trained exercise physiologists. Vital signs and symptoms are closely monitored to ensure patient safety and to guide individualized progress.
