Our pharmacies fill prescriptions sent digitally, faxed from your provider, or dropped off in person. Select locations also offer free mail service and delivery to help you receive medications on time. Hours vary by location to best serve each community.

Prescription Transfers

If you would like to move your prescriptions to Vernon Health, our team will contact your current pharmacy and manage the transfer process. When requesting a transfer, please share the pharmacy’s name and phone number, along with your prescription details. Please allow up to 24 hours for transferred prescriptions to be filled.

How do I get my prescriptions filled at Vernon Health?

Your provider can send prescriptions electronically, by fax, or you can bring them directly to any of our retail pharmacy locations. Our team will process your prescription and let you know when it’s ready.

Do you offer prescription transfers?

Yes. At your request, we will call your current pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions. Sharing the pharmacy’s name, phone number, and medication details helps us complete the transfer smoothly. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to fill transferred prescriptions.

Is mail or delivery service available?

Yes. All Vernon Health pharmacies offer free mail service, and our Viroqua and Soldiers Grove pharmacies also provide free delivery. These options help you receive medications conveniently and on time.
