Dr. Joshua Tessner is a dedicated emergency medicine provider with a passion for delivering critical care to patients in urgent need. With a strong background in emergency medicine, Dr. Tessner strives to provide patient centered care to individuals of all ages.
Growing up in Fond du Lac, WI, Dr. Tessner completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Following a residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Dr. Tessner returned to the Madison area five years ago and now resides there with his dog, Kelvin.
Dr. Tessner is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has a particular interest in treating elderly and pediatric patients. This broad spectrum of care is one of the many reasons he enjoys working in emergency medicine.
Dr. Tessner was honored with a top mentor award for his contributions to a residency program, where mentoring residents in emergency medicine is a key focus.
